A Legacy of Flavor and Family Tradition

Our story began with our parents, Kim Tran and Dan Dieu, who immigrated to Philadelphia from Vietnam to share their passion for food through their own restaurant. Though life's twists and turns delayed their aspirations, the kitchen remained the heart of our home, where flavors from our heritage mingled with the excitement of new beginnings. Now, with Saigon Eats, we're thrilled to bring together the best of Vietnamese cuisine under one roof. Drawing on our parents' 15 years of restaurant experience and our own expertise in customer service and branding, Saigon Eats is a true family endeavor, a testament to the dreams we share across generations.
